Alex is Co-Founder and Partner at Green Egg Ventures. Prior to co-founding Green Egg, Alex worked at Metamorphic Ventures where he led deal sourcing, streamlined due diligence processes, and supported LPs and portfolio companies. Alex received his BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining Green Egg Ventures as Principal in January 2020, Stefan worked on the investment team at a NYC-based family office specializing in due diligence of private equity opportunities and hedge fund manager selection. Stefan brings his business development and fundraising expertise to the team and its extended portfolio family.

We invest broadly in software startups impacting the bottom line of businesses. Opportunities requiring consumer adoption to scale, with a hardware component, or in the biotech space are not a fit.
Stage
Our focus is pre-seed and seed opportunities with validated product-market fit valued at $10M or less. While we're not lead investors, we aren't afraid to be the first check into a business.
Decision process
We move quickly. An initial partner meeting, followed by a full team conversation, then internal and external due diligence. Final decisions typically take 2–4 weeks from first contact.

Beyond capital, we specialize in fundraising, candidate sourcing, sales introductions, and business development strategy — with the goal of advancing portfolio companies to their next institutional round.
